Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Yoga in a Min ("we", "us", "our") collects when you visit yogainamin.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the rights you have over your data. We keep this short, accurate, and written in plain English.
What we collect
We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or submit personal information to use the Site. The Site itself does not collect your name, email, or contact details.
The following data is collected automatically when you browse the Site:
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymized usage data (pages viewed, referrer, device type, approximate country/city, browser). Used only if you accept analytics cookies. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Google Ads Data Processing Terms.
- Cloudflare Pages — standard web request metadata (IP address, user agent, request URL) processed at the edge to deliver the Site and protect against abuse. Governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Local storage — we store a single value (
theme: "light" | "dark") in your browser'slocalStorageto remember your color-scheme preference. No personal data.
Contact form
If you use the contact form at yogainamin.com/contact, your name, email, and message are transmitted to Formspree, a third-party form-processor, which forwards the message to us. We retain contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, after which we delete them.
Cookies and consent
We use Google Consent Mode v2. On your first visit, you see a banner asking whether you accept analytics cookies. Your choice is stored in localStorage and respected on subsequent visits.
- If you Accept, Google Analytics sets
_gaand_gidcookies (14 days and 24 hours respectively). - If you Reject, no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics operates in cookieless mode (no individual identifiers, no cross-session tracking).
- You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data; the banner will reappear on your next visit.
Lawful basis for processing (EEA / UK visitors)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our lawful basis for processing analytics data is your explicit consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you grant by clicking "Accept" in the cookie banner. You may withdraw this consent at any time as described above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights:
- GDPR / UK-GDPR (EEA + UK): access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, withdraw consent, lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
- CCPA / CPRA (California): know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, non-discrimination.
- PIPEDA (Canada), LGPD (Brazil), Privacy Act (Australia): equivalent rights under local law.
To exercise any right, contact us at hello@yogainamin.com. We respond within 30 days.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention
Google Analytics 4 data is retained for 14 months, then auto-deleted. Cloudflare edge logs are retained per Cloudflare's standard policies (typically 3-7 days for security logs). Contact-form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond.
International transfers
Google Analytics may process your data in the United States and other countries. Google participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension, providing adequate safeguards for EEA/UK transfers.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
