Yoga in a Min was built for the modern professional, student, and busy parent who needs stress relief now — not after a 60-minute class. Every routine on this site takes 2 to 5 minutes, requires no special equipment, and is grounded in exercise physiology and nervous system science.
We believe that consistency — not duration — is the real driver of health outcomes. A two-minute practice you actually do is infinitely more valuable than an hour-long practice you skip.
